The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) is a government department within the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (formerly DIAC) and provides access to phone and on-site interpreting services in over 160 languages and dialects.
Assignment: Delivery of a replacement telephony system, including contact centre telephony infrastructure and IVR. Responsible for prime contractor vendor management and for the transition of all customer side business readiness activity including technology, training, communications and related operational documentation.
